Returns / Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered together, or
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you ordered several goods under a single order and these are delivered separately, or
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you ordered a good that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first good, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time.
