MADE IN AUSTRIA
Our Sustainable Premium Jersey products made from viscose stretch are 100% manufactured in our in-house factory in Dornbirn – precisely, sustainably, and with a wealth of experience.

RELAX
Before cutting, we let the fabric rest for at least 24 hours. Carefully unrolling allows the jersey to relax—a crucial step, as the high stretch content could otherwise lead to deformation during sewing or steaming.

CRAFTS
Cutting is done by hand and in just a few layers – this is the only way to ensure the highest precision. Our special sewing machines are precisely tailored to this demanding material and guarantee perfect workmanship.

KNOW-HOW
We've been working with this high-quality jersey for years and know exactly what it takes. Our seamstresses not only have the technical expertise but also the necessary sensitivity – each piece is created with care and passion.

THE RAW MATERIAL

  • SUSTAINABILITY


    Viscose is a fiber obtained from the renewable raw material wood. This comes from sustainably managed, certified forestry operations in Austria. The forests used are systematically reforested. Thanks to the use of hydropower, production is particularly environmentally friendly and CO₂-neutral.

  • DURABLE


    The viscose fiber is spun into yarn with a high twist. This gives the material its grainy feel, which not only ensures a beautiful drape and pleasant wearing comfort, but also supports the stability and durability of the fabric.

  • CERTIFIED


    The dyeing and finishing is carried out according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 in a traditional family business – with the utmost care and in a particularly gentle manner. Only the highest quality dyes are used. While many jersey producers rely on cheaper processes, our manufacturer deliberately invests in first-class, significantly more expensive dyes.

  • MADE IN EUROPE


    From the yarn to the finished garment – ​​every step of our production takes place in Central Europe. This not only ensures the highest quality, but also focuses on short transport routes and responsible, regional manufacturing.

Cotton-free innovation: Viscose meets elastane

Our premium jersey is made from 93% viscose and 7% elastane – a combination that combines the highest levels of comfort, durability, and performance. The fabric has a grainy, slightly crepey feel, retains its shape even after frequent washing, and feels comfortable against the skin. The high viscose content ensures a moisture-regulating, cool feel, while elastane adds flexibility and comfort – perfect for our modern slim fit that never feels constricting.

Sustainable viscose from Austria – CO₂-neutral production

The viscose used is produced in Austria in an environmentally friendly and CO₂-neutral way from the renewable raw material wood. The premium jersey itself has been produced exclusively for Phil Petter in Germany for many years.
Manufactured in a continuously monitored process certified according to DIN ISO 9001. Dyeing and finishing are carried out according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which guarantees the highest skin compatibility and environmental standards.
